2024:

This is the first Edition of the New Year. So want to spend it giving some Updates on upcoming events, as well as talking about 2024.

I saw a lot of Successes, and a lot of failures in 2023. Saw a few of you completely revamp your Options trading, and have been impressed! Saw a shift towards midterm positioning and less of the 0DTE gamblers. Smallcap side couldnt be more proud seeing what we see everyday, we have a group of traders that believe are better than any other group out there. Majority of the time seeing ya’ll post before twitter or anywhere else!

With the start of the New Year its time to take inventory on where you succeeded, and where you failed. If you struggled with short term trades, but did great with long term then stick mostly with the long term while learning the short term strategy. If you did great with Smallcaps, but struggled with Options, trade heavier Smallcap while learning Options.

One of the things we do well is never get to a place where we are idle. Consistently repeating what you failed at in 2023, will yield the same results unless you change. We might be some of the only ones who can trade OTC, Smallcaps, and Options with efficiency. The plus with this is we are rarely sitting around with nothing to trade. We see many traders sticking with just 1 and will be idle for months. For instance OTC a lot of traders have lost, or sat doing nothing for months. Same will happen with smallcaps etc. SO KEEP LEARNING ALL MARKETS, there is always a trading vehicle out there, dont scoff at small gains, because I guarantee you most arent making anything out there.

Set new Goals for the year, and update where you want to be by the end of 2024. I’ve spoken to a couple of traders who recently said they want to be fulltime, and gave themselves a 2 year Window. Which is great, but first set short term goals on how to achieve that, set goals on how to become profitable.

It all starts with your Drive, and following your own Rules and Trading Plan. Wild, Penny, Nickt, Murph, MP can name quite a few who have been growing like crazy this year, and it all started with their Goals and sticking to it!
